Master Care Janitorial was founded in 1981 by two visionary individuals due to the increasing demands of high quality cleaning and maintenance services in British Columbia , Canada.

Gerhard Hoffmann learned the cleaning business from the ground up when he established his first janitorial company in Toronto in the 1960's. Knowing about the shortage of customer-oriented janitorial companies in British Columbia , he decided to expand his operations to Vancouver in 1981 by taking on another partner, Christopher Stone.

Christopher Stone has been involved in marketing and management since 1964. Being cognizant of the needs of customers for high-quality, affordable cleaning and maintenance services, he quickly developed Master Care into being the first-choice janitorial and facility services company serving British Columbia.

Together, Christopher and Gerhard fulfilled the needs of their customers, resulting in their building up the business into a million dollar operation cleaning more than 3 million square feet in the Greater Vancouver, Central Fraser Valley and Vancouver Island.

To date, Master Care's staff, franchise and service associates take pride in their professionalism and workmanship in taking on any cleaning or maintenance operation on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
