President – Christopher Stone
Christopher Stone has been involved in marketing and management since 1964. After successfully operating 2 service enterprises in Calgary, he moved to Vancouver in 1978, where he operated a joint venture business with a large international corporate and retail electronics chain in New Westminster, BC.
He started Master Care Janitorial in 1981 with his business partner Gerhard Hoffman after learning about the demands and requirements of the cleaning business in Vancouver. He is instrumental in building Master Care into what it is today- the first-choice, cost-effective, quality janitorial services, building maintenance services, health care facility services and post construction cleaning company serving British Columbia.
Director of Sales and Marketing – Gerhard Hoffmann
Gerhard Hoffman has been involved in the building maintenance industry since the early 1960′s. He established his first janitorial company in Toronto and moved his operations to Vancouver in 1971.
After learning about the shortage of customer-oriented janitorial companies in the British Columbia area, he took on another partner, Christopher Stone, and the Master Care concept was born. He is responsible for creating innovative sales and marketing strategies to constantly drive new business into the janitorial and office maintenance company, as well as developing customer retention and satisfaction programs.
